OKR (Objectives and Key Results) adalah framework goal-setting dari Google untuk membantu tim fokus pada tujuan yang terukur.

Objective

Tujuan kualitatif — apa yang ingin dicapai. Harus inspiratif, ambisius, dan jelas.

Key Results

Metrik kuantitatif — bagaimana mengukur keberhasilan. Harus spesifik dan punya target angka.


02 — Cara Membuat OKR

  • Ambisius tapi achievable
  • Bisa selesai dalam 1 quarter

  • Terlalu vague: "Jadi lebih baik"
  • Berupa angka: "Revenue 9.54M"
  • Terlalu banyak sekaligus

"Revenue Q1 2026" — ini lebih cocok jadi Key Result

Definisikan Key Results (2–5 per Objective)

Setiap KR harus SMART: Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound.

Baik — outcome terukur
  • "Revenue cabang mencapai 8.6 Miliar"
  • "Akuisisi 15 customer baru via referral"
  • "Churn rate dibawah 5%"
Hindari — output/aktivitas
  • "Meningkatkan revenue" — tanpa angka

Score dihitung otomatis dari progress Key Results (skala 0.0–1.0), weighted berdasarkan bobot masing-masing KR.

Menurut Google, score 1.0 artinya target terlalu mudah. Score ideal untuk OKR ambisius: 0.6–0.7.


05 — Update Progress

  1. 1. Klik progress bar di bawah Key Result untuk membuka area edit
  2. 2. Masukkan angka current — pastikan unitnya sama dengan target (misal: target 9.54, unit Miliar → isi current 7.2)
  3. 3. Klik "Update" — progress bar terisi dan score otomatis dihitung ulang
  4. 4. Tambah check-in notes untuk mendokumentasikan konteks progress

Frekuensi ideal: setiap minggu. Minimal biweekly. Jangan tunggu akhir quarter.


06 — Field Reference

Target & Unit Angka target dan satuannya. Pastikan konsisten — target 9.54 dengan unit "Miliar", bukan 9,540,000,000.
Direction Increase = naik bagus (Revenue). Decrease = turun bagus (Churn, Cost).
Weight Bobot prioritas 1–10. Total per Objective idealnya = 10. Gunakan "Auto-distribute" untuk bagi rata.
Confidence On Track = yakin tercapai. At Risk = perlu perhatian. Off Track = kemungkinan gagal.

07 — Kesalahan Umum

Terlalu banyak OKR — Maksimal 3–5 Objective per quarter.
KR berupa task — "Kirim 100 email" adalah aktivitas, bukan outcome. Ubah ke "Dapatkan 20 leads".
Unit tidak konsisten — Target 9,540,000,000 + unit "Miliar" = sistem baca 9.54 Triliun.
Tidak pernah update — OKR tanpa tracking = dokumen mati.
Salah direction — Churn dan cost wajib pakai Decrease. Increase membuat progress terbalik.

08 — Best Practices

Total weight per Objective = 10
Update progress setiap minggu
Tambah check-in notes tiap update
Review confidence level mingguan
Score 0.7 = sukses (standar Google)
Jangan ubah OKR mid-quarter
